To find out what you want and deliver it, plain and simple. Here’s what to expect once you’ve decided to embark on your own exciting demolish and build journey.

Assess the Site

Here is where the journey begins. We meet you onsite to assess solar orientation, cross flow ventilation and other design considerations for your new home. Also at this stage we overcome any potential challenges. Anything from street trees, easements, obstructing power poles, local council guidelines and retaining.

Home Design

Your experienced Goldstyle Building & Design Consultant will sit down with you absorbing your vision, needs and wants. Most importantly your new home is built around you. Your lifestyle and your budget. This is a free service.

Costings

It’s now at this stage that we can firm up the total cost of your new home.

Contracts & Administration

Once you have authorised your new home, we will help with the relevant documentation that is required in order for the contractor to obtain a demolition licence from your local council. Approval usually takes around eight weeks (depending on the local council). Throughout this time we are working on all other documentation to streamline the process.
